SHIPPING POLICY
-We only ship to physical street addresses within the United States.
-We do not ship to PO or APO addresses or outside of the United States.
RETURNS POLICY
-Any claim regarding quality or quantity MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
-Returns will be accepted with prior authorizations only.
-Surplus items are sold "as is" with no returns.
-If the wrong product was shipped in our error, a call tag will be issued to return the items.
- For all other returns, shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
-Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the return to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
WARRANTY SERVICE
-All of our firearms carry a full one year warranty for functionality against any manufacturers' defects.
-Please fill out our contact form with a short description of your problem and include the firearm's serial number. If the gun is eligible for warranty service, we will issue a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
